Issue has been resolved. I opened an issue with support and they determined that that particular lesson needed to be reformated.

I tried downloading lesson 16 but it gets stuck at 1%. Clearing lesson data and assets doesn't clear the issue. It only allows me to download it again but it freezes at the same point.
