I tried to "report an issue" to generate a log file for you but I get error #2038 when trying.

I have attached screenshots.

I sent a screenshot and have a case #8096 that hasn't been solved yet. I have tried different ways of doing a complete reinstall but the problem is still there:( I'll do the report thing to send you a log file. As soon as the video lessons comes to the ipad, I will no longer need the desktop version...

I have problems with the "settings" window on Mac. All the dropdown menus are blank, so I can't choose audio output and stuff. I log in as usual when the app starts and all my lessons and achievements works, but the "settings" page tells me to "become a member" Anyone else with this problem? All the...
