I have the same problem, however, thomas1018's solution doesn't work for me. I have three lessons that didn't download properly and are frozen in the queued state. When I go to Edit > Manage My Lessons, and select one of the queued lessons, my only options are "Cancel Install" or "Download First." N...

An incredible (and long) piece that I'll never be able to play all the way through, but perhaps a simplified and/or shorter arrangement.
