I had to file a complaint with Paypal to get my refund, the support system of this company is totally unfunctional. I wrote several emails and never got a response from them. The best option is to save that money and just pay for a teacher.

Any updates on this? I haven't seen any songs from Loduvico, and there are post for over a year requesting it.

I think the total score is based on all the practice tests, not only the last one. However, I think the entire point of the course is to learn piano, not to get a "good score". Good luck!
