Forum Auto Logout after 1 Minute
The forum auto logs you out after 1 or 2 minutes. I'm sure a lot of people have been put off posting here after they've spent 5 minutes typing a post to only hit click Submit and to be redirected to a login screen and all their work has disappeared. The current work around is to make a copy of your ...

Re: Just be up front with us - is there a new desktop version coming?
How do you get to it? Should I uninstall my current one and install the one available on the website? You get an email with a beta test link. It's a separate install, so you don't need to remove your current PGS install. The email says you're not supposed to talk about the beta or something like th...

Re: Just be up front with us - is there a new desktop version coming?
I wouldn't call the app broken per se. However, there are some workflow bugs that are easy to workaround once you know them. Some are: Highlighting a section to play, if you click a note your highlight section expands.. but only on some songs Some songs backing tracks are out of sync with music scor...

Re: When is the next PS update?
They released a new version for Apple users recently. Honestly, it's been so long since a Windows update I'm kind of scared they'll ruin what is already available.

Re: More metronome subdivisions for low tempo songs
I'm working on Prelude in C which has been a great course so far - but the metronome isn't very useful at such low tempos (<36 BPM). Would it be possible to add more subdivisions to the metronome so its more useful in such situations? That's normal. Playing anything below 33BPM won't feel like a "c...

Re: Piano IN the accompaniment music? Can this be turned off?
You can do what ian said, but you'll be turning off the entire backing track. If you want to remove the piano from the backing track and are a little tech savy, you can find the .ogg file on your computer and upload it here: https://splitter.ai/# to separate each instrument into their own file. This...

Re: Printing Songs
I am pretty sure I get banned for lifetime for posting this No, i've posted about modifying a score's finger numbering, lyrics, positioning of finger numbering/letters, color of finger/number, etc. Even modifying the .ogg file to add in the original lyrics back in on top of PGS accompaniment. They ...

Re: Classical music - original versions
Then I misunderstood how it all works... for the better, as you get even more songs that I thought. Thanks for telling us this, it's awesome! I think something changed in 2020. As a lifetime member I would hardly get any free credits back in 2017 - 2019. I would download song, work it for a month+ ...

Re: Song Recommendations
Never Be The Same by Camila Cabello on Advanced - Easy is a good start. It's in C Major. It's also one of the newerish songs. So the backing track sounds good. The difficulty ratings are kind of weird in PGS sometimes. Some songs that are Advanced you'll find easier than some Intermediate - Hard son...
