Okay, so weird update. After I finished "shopping" the song library using the setting above, I sent back into PGS to practice. Hi Andrew: I went back and changed my audio output to Windows Audio, not Windows Audio (exclusive mode). I have no idea why it works now, but it does. I'm running Windows 10 on a laptop. I kept thinking it was a flash issue, but my flash was updated and enabled. Thanks for getting back to me! Terri

I noticed earlier today that I was unable to "preview" songs, yet all other aspects of PGS working fine. I then accessed songs through the website (not the PG app) and was able to preview just fine. Had same problem with my Windows10 laptop. In my case I think a Windows update corrupted my sound drivers. The fix for me was to uninstall the sound drivers in Device Manager, then reboot. Windows then updated with new drivers and video sound works. Previously, I updated new drivers and that didn't...
