Re: Song Lessons that you already own were removed from your cart.

Sounds like a great plan. Wish you the best of luck with it.

Re: Accessing the Song Store

Hello wjerwin, I had to look it up, but its a nice instrumental piece. Would fit in well with PGS as a "Rookie - Hard" song I guesstimate. Anyway, the company has a site that accepts song requests. This song has already been added and has 10 votes so far. The link is: https://playgroundsessions.user...

Re: Song Lessons that you already own were removed from your cart.

Hello ceevee830, The problems with the song store are well-documented and I believe will be addressed in the next version of the app (release date unknown). In a nutshell, the song store does not scale well. If you own < 10 songs it is fine, but above that it starts to get more and more unwieldy. In...

Re: Rookie Tour: lessons 7-9 not showing as complete

Hello Ross, You probably figured this out already but all your progress through the program is stored on servers up in the cloud. I believe that the app does not store any lesson results unless your computer/tablet is connected to the Internet while the lesson is done. The workaround is to simply do...

Re: sheet music

Hi Sarah,

You should see a printer icon on the toolbar. You can print the sheet music for the lesson from there. I believe this also works for songs you purchase from the song store.

It is free, but I think there is a limit on the number of copies you can make.

Good luck

Re: Sight reading issues

Hello Dimi - you are right on every count! Yes - the finger numbers are a great help as you start the rookie bootcamp. After you watch the lessons on the mnemonics (FACE, All Cows Eat Grass, etc), you should turn off that number tool and start reading the notes themselves. It is slow going at first,...

Re: Apple Airpods Pro

Hello gjkkgood@icloud.com, Your best bet for technical support is to contact customer service: support@playgroundsessions.com But before you do that, consider this: I had the exact same problem when I started playground sessions. When using bluetooth headphones, I had this 1/2 second delay between p...

Re: Holiday Challenge Crash

Hello kdctaylor, Congrats on completing the holiday challenge. Most people don't. I didn't. I made it as far as the outtro at the end. Maybe I'll finish it next Christmas. The challenges are exactly that - challenges. They are not really lessons even though you have an instructor. When I did the cha...

Re: Small hands

Hello Jazzy, Phil said in one of his youtube live lessons that when you can't reach you can roll your hand - for example play the first D with your thumb and then roll your hand to play the other D with your pinkie. Another option would be to simply only play one of the D's. It doesn't help with the...

Re: PlaygroundSessions on Linux

Hello Albert, Glad you upgraded to current version. WINE changes a lot. I use Fedora and WINE 6.0 with little issue. Error 2032 is a "Server is down" type of error. Nothing to do with WINE as the Windows users see this error as well. Hoping the new desktop version of PGS works as well as this one do...
