Silent Night - Intermediate Moderate - Playback doesn't match notation

Hi, I recently purchased Silent Night - Intermediate Moderate , and as I do with most new songs, I go to the 2nd to last exercise (the "Full Song", but not "Performance" mode), and click on the left hand and right hand icons, so I can hear what the song is supposed to sound like. But for Silent Nigh...

Re: Learning by reading notes not numbers

Hi Charlie, I actually have the same question myself... So I probably shouldn't try to answer your question (blind leading the blind!), but I'll still give my 2 cents, as I've been playing/practicing for a few months now. I actually know treble clef notes well (from days of playing trumpet), but I h...

Re: Search function on song library

Hi nelipot,

Yes, I agree. In the app itself it's hard to search/find a song. I've been doing what "Laurensss" mentioned. Opening the songs page in a browser, then using the browser's search tool (⌘-F on Mac / Ctrl-F on Windows) to find songs.

Bootcamp - Rookie - Lesson 4 - Exercise 2/7 - Spelling Error

Hi, Don't know if this is important enough to write about or not, but I'll say it anyhow. Bootcamp - Rookie - Lesson 4 - Exercise 2/7 - has a spelling error. It reads: ... as a reference point to get out left hand into position ... It should read: ... as a reference point to get our left hand into p...

Re: Hanging on OS X High Sierra?

Yeah, I emailed and called support. Took a while to get a response from tech support, but they did eventually get back to me. And yes, thankfully they did acknowledge that this is a known issue, and it's being worked on as a first priority. (Thank you tech support team!) I was told they would send m...

Re: Roll Call!

Hi All, My name's Mark Briggs (username: briggsm). I just hit the big 40 years old. Always tinkered with the piano since a kid, but never could get past much more than 1-handed, 1-note-at-a-time "Twinkle twinkle little star". Since 5th grade I played trumpet, up until a little past college. So I fee...

Re: Hanging on OS X High Sierra?

Here's some extra info on my system, and some things I learned: MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2013),16GB RAM, High Sierra (10.13.2), NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB When the app crashes, I have over 8GB RAM free, and nothing is heavily using the CPU. I also first noticed the crash/freeze when a song comple...

Re: Hanging on OS X High Sierra?

Hey there, Wondering if you have been able to figure this problem out? I'm seeing it too. I've tried tons of different things, but can't seem to figure it out. If you did figure it out, can you post a solution? If not, maybe we can try to compare our setups and see if we can figure out what's going ...
