I'm not sure what's happening but without changing any settings the sound has come back on the Hanon presentation.

If it fails again I'll come back to your suggestions.

After overcoming the download issue with Lesson #75, I now have a new problem with the Hanon material. For whatever reason everything is working well except there is no audio track from Wi Chen's voice in her presentations. All other audio functionality is fine, i.e. metronome, count in, accompanian...

Thank you. I don't know what happened but yes the download options were set incorrectly but despite me not actually touching them since installation two years ago. However, all is well as far as the download goes and finishing the update and indeed getting access to the unlocked content, i.e. Hanon....

Hello, Unfortunately, despite asking for help last night via Email, I still haven't received a reply from the help desk at PGS. My query asked about the difficulty I'm having getting the updated Rookie lesson #75 to download to my PGS app. All I can do is "queue" it or let it hang there at "0%" down...

After completing all the scales and chords exercises ages ago, I have not seen anymore unlocking of exercises. For example, I would find arpeggio's and two octave scales useful right now. I find myself drifting awaiting new challenges, after completing all the exercises but nothing new opens up. So ...

Is there any chance to have the GUI function widgets colour changed when selected? For example, when I select the "function loop" function, the associated widget doesn't really change very much as an indicator. Quite often I am practising and wait for my score, only to find the loop function engaged...
