Re: Mac Screen

Have you tried night shift? The color change is much more relaxing on the eyes.

But I can put in a request for a dark mode.

Re: How to play with both hands VIDEO wont play

Let's try this instead: Go to Help >> Clear Playground Data. Check the boxes that read Clear Lesson Assets and Clear Lesson Data. Click Submit and the application will close. Upon reopening the application, all previously downloaded lessons must be downloaded again, but users progress and stats will...

Re: Rookie Lessons have changed

Hi Penelope, Thanks for posting here and I am happy to clear up any confusion. One of the benefits of an ongoing Playground Sessions membership is that you'll get to enjoy updates to our Bootcamp curriculum, course content, and song store. We are always looking for ways to improve our content and la...

Thanks for the feedback ConnerJ! I've reviewed this lesson and I understand where you are coming from. Definitely something for us to consider in the future when shooting more lesson videos.

Re: Boootcamp newb question.

Hey there! Great question!

I would recommend completing the rookie Bootcamp first as it is a full curriculum! Then proceed with the supplementary courses!

Re: Finger Position Between Black Keys

There's a good chance the 4 octave keyboard is a little smaller in terms of the width of the keys.

If you're able to play the 88 key one without pushing down unwanted keys, I would focus on that one.

And yes, it is normal to rub against the black keys. As long as you're not striking them, it's ok.

Re: Finger Position Between Black Keys

Hey there! I'd have to see a picture to really help you with your hand position technique, but I just tried something myself: Even with skinny fingers, my knuckle gets stuck between the black keys too, say, if I'm playing an F chord: F A C, and my hand is too flat. When you say rotate, do you mean c...

Re: Android version of Playground sessions ?

Hi there, Great question! Yes, there are plans for an Android version of Playground Sessions in the long term future. Unfortunately, due to our developers being really busy with the new platform for Windows/Mac, I don't have a timetable yet. The new platform is their current priority. Once that's do...

Re: Getting 100% on songs

In the words of a very wise teacher I had, "don't practice until you get it right. practice until you can't get it wrong." However many times it takes to feel comfortable and connected to the music is what you should do! Music cannot be hurried. It's a really slow process for everybody! Also, I'd ad...
