Re: Time Points
Adding to this post: I note that the program (at least the Windows desktop version) does not at all record practice time (neither points nor time itself) when in loop or in "practice a highlited section" mode. That is really frustrating; we may sit there and practice for hours and the program would ...

Re: A few suggestions for your amazing program.
This dates from 2016 and I note that the program (at least the Windows desktop version) still does not record practice time when in loop or in "practice a highlited section" mode. That is really frustrating; we may sit there and practice for hours and the program would simply not recognize that. I s...

Re: Real piano
If someone from the industry is here:
A consumer budget gadget doing this good enough (pich up piano sound via microphone converting taht into MIDI format feed-back via USB good enough to work with this kind of app) would surely have a market with all there piano apps becoming increasingly popular!

Re: Wait for right note learning mode
My opinion on this issue is that it can turn bad real quick, musically speaking. I don't believe that users should be able to advance while playing the notes out of time - it's an easy bypass from learning the sections well. That being said, I'll still run it by the team. I understand it's been a f...

Re: User Selectable Time Delay before Starting Count and Looping
As you say, we are discussing this elsewhere too, so it might be redundand. But for completeness sake: In looping mode you already decided yourself that "Set-Go" is sufficient or even better. I don't see why it would be hard or even a downside to implement a toggle allowing "set-go" only also when n...

Re: Better enforcement of rests
Thanks for the update and considering the suggestion.
Just posted alsehwere a response to you saying "We don't have any app updates coming up" - I guess your info here regarding a major overhaul in the works rests that case.

...I sincerely hope you mean "We don't have any app updates coming up IN THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE"! Or do you in fact stop improving it from now on?!?mariyastepanenko wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:46 pmHi Laurensss, this is a good suggestion! We don't have any app updates coming up, but we will certainly consider implementing a toggle in the future!

Re: looping part options (sa far annoying)
I'm unsure what the status of this update is. It might be a trickier task than we once imagined for the developer team. Just to clarify - the count in doesn't repeat with every loop. It only counts you in at the beginning of a loop. I don't see how a loop is any different than playing a full sectio...

Re: looping part options (sa far annoying)
I would use the loop feature more often if it "snapped to the measure". As it stands now I sometimes have to try halff a dozen times to select the measures I'm aiming for. This sucks up practice time I don't have to waste. With a loop of partial measures the count in is more irritating than useful ...
