Update: When I log into the old local user account Playground works nicely. But not with the domain user.
It's not a permission issue, both users are in the Admin group (for testing).

Having the exact same Problem, but the workaround does not help in my case. Still hangs indefinitely on "Loading Download Manager …". just a small bug report on the windows app:
When I finish a bootcamp lesson and go back to the list of lessons, it still shows "Completed 0 / 5". When I restart the applicaiton, the it correctly shows "Completed 5 / 5".
Posting here because the technical forum is locked (why?).
