I'm confused as to what percentage gets 3 stars. I scored a 91% and still receievd 2 stars. Can anyone answer this question?

With some of the lessons theres an extreme jump in diffculty as it pertains to the last section of a lesson. can someone please explain to me what's going on in that lesson? We did not learn those triads so I cannot complete that lesson. It said A flat and b flat i believe but those aren't any of the triads we've learned so far.
