Re: purchasing mor time

Hello Monte, You should not have to do anything. If you paid for a month, the company will automatically bill you every month until you cancel. The monthly plan though is the most expensive. If you are planning to use the software for at least a year, you might change over to a yearly plan - it work...

Re: missing 'e' key

Hello Jason - welcome to the club. What you think happened actually did happen. Your keyboard is too small for Playground Sessions. You don't mention which keyboard you have, and I had to look up "3-octave" keyboards - I assume 36 keys (including the black ones)? According to the docs: Though a 49-k...

Re: Music Theory portion

Hello Steve - only you can answer that. It may seem like a boring review of things you already know, but I suggest that you do not skip anything. Some of the courses unlock after you have completed certain lessons, so you do not want to miss out on any of them because you skipped over the trigger. A...

Re: Video performance - Prelude in C

Thanks for all the info, FlatPanda. Sounds like a great piano. I guess I'll just need to build more strength in my fingers.

Re: Rookie question on memory of notes on staff

Hello MiddleC, Should have created a new post, that makes ikt much easier for other people to see it. There is no official recommended amount of practice time, but if you need a goal to start - try 30 minutes per day 6 times a week. The frequency is far more important than the length of each practic...

Re: Video performance - Prelude in C

Great job again, FlatPanda! It is really starting to come together for you. Let me ask you - does your piano have weighted keys? Your hands press the keys so effortlessly.. For me I struggle, maybe I have to keep building finger strength.. like when I hit a key with my ring finger, my pinkie stretch...

Re: Show me your external display/computer setup

Hello Hazel, A lot of us use larger external monitors because the current version of the app falls short for people with vision issues. I have a Intel NUC computer for PGS, it is about the size of 4 slices of bread. Very small, no fan, quiet. I use a monitor with it, 24 inches I think about 12 inche...

Re: Discussion about this forum

Hello Colleen, Things are really flexible here as the company does not tightly manage these boards, and 99% of the posts here are from other end users. If you follow the basics - no SPAM, profanity or insults, you should be able to post any music related topic you want. Also remember that these foru...

Re: WINTER PROJECT - Build upright or baby grand shell

Thanks FlatPanda - that is one beautiful piano. I blew pretty much all of yesterday researching this project, especially the finish on the wood. Some people use car wax, others do something called French Polishing - which sounds great and easy, until you read all the warnings about how to avoid burn...
