Re: Wait for right note learning mode

Please see my reply on the other post. I don't know if I can merge two threads together.

Re: Struggling with some fingering positions

The pinky is the weakest of the 5 fingers on your hand, so it's no surprise that fingering combination is giving you some trouble. I have a solution for you, and it involves how you think about the hand position. Right now, because of how you described your 5th finger, you might be thinking about th...

Re: Time Points

Got it. I saw your last post too. Like Mariya said, revamping the way we track time is something on our plate right now, for sure. Not sure about the timetable though. Just be assured that we're not ignoring that aspect of the app - it should be fixed!

Re: A few suggestions for your amazing program.

Thanks for digging this one up. I understand it's unacceptable that it's been two years and hasn't been addressed. Slowly, I'm working to clear up those communication issues. I'll discuss this one directly with my colleague in our next meeting. I wasn't aware of the fact that looping time doesn't co...

Re: Better enforcement of rests

It depends on what time frame we're talking about. I'll be transparent and admit that desktop app updates won't be ready in the near future. About the long term goals, I'm not allowed to discuss any details about it, but it's good to know, for you, the user, that we aren't complacent with the app ri...

Re: Timing and Rhythm

That's correct. We're currently prioritizing the android version, and it's in the testing phase right now and should be released sometime in the summer months. This is a huge developer's accomplishment! We don't have any desktop app updates that are ready to be released, but that doesn't mean that d...

Re: Option to not advanced to the next note till correct note is played

Thanks for elaborating on that. I think that's definitely something we do want to implement in the future. It's more of a feature to get users situated with the keys for a segment, like you said, while isolating just the pitches. If we were to implement it, I could see it as being a "pre-lesson feat...

Re: iPad screeching, popping then no sound

It's also possible something's going wrong with your keyboard. Can you check to see if it has any MIDI options on it?

It's good we've narrowed the problem down to your set up, but we're still not sure if it's the iPad or Piano.
