Yes, it's important for everyone to check their sample rate and set it to 44100. Thanks, John.

Re: Touch screen gestures?

Hi there, Unfortunately, touch screen gestures are only supported on the iPad and Android versions right now. On a 2 in 1 Windows Machine, users must use the scroll bar. The tech team has a lot on their plate right now - namely the Android app - as it was just recently released. Touch screen feature...

Re: The IPad version is lacking required learning features. Could you commit on the next release date.

We released an updated version of the iPad app earlier this year in May. It's available for download in the app store and we've fixed several bugs in order for a more enjoyable experience! Yes, I can assure you that at least one of us reads all of the forum posts. In February, I was brought on to he...

Re: My "count in" isn't playing

Because you're returning after being away for several months, I'd definitely recommend that you download the latest build of Playground from this link: playgroundsessions.com/support/downloads. See if that fixes the issue. Most of the time, having a clean, fresh start will clear up issues like that....

Re: Major/minor 9th and Sus chords?

We do have a course called "Chords Practice - Triads," but I'm afraid that doesn't dive into extensions, such as 9ths, or alterations such as suspended 4th chords.

Re: iPad screeching, popping then no sound

I'm actually not sure of that one myself. Do you have the latest iPad version installed?

Might be something to look into on our end.

Re: Anyone using MacBook Air with PGS?

Is the USB 3.0 a standard USB A port?

I'm unable to find an adapter for Thunderbolt 2 to USB, but if your MacBook Air has a standard USB 3.0 A port, that should work fine with either a MIDI to USB cable or USB A-to-B cable.

Upload a picture if you would like.

Re: Anyone using MacBook Air with PGS?

I've seen users use MacBook Air laptops before, and they seem to work fine. What ports does it have on it - regular USB, or is it a Thunderbolt port?

You might have to install Casio drivers on it, depending on how it goes (drivers are strange, sometimes you need them, sometimes not).
