Re: Shortcut to start the lesson?

Hi there, You can use keyboard shortcuts within a lesson to advance between lesson segments. C = retry; D = continue to the next segment. However, I do not think this feature is available on the iPad app - but we plan to roll it out in the future, for sure. We realize it's a good feature for efficie...

Re: the biggest challenge for me is nerves

Clif, Thanks for posting. This is an extremely interesting topic that I'm sure many users will be able to relate to. Including me! I agree with what John said. I experience the same problem - I'll always seem to flub one note, and it's a different note every time. For me, this has to do with my mind...

Re: Aim of lessons starting on different notes

Hi Ian, Welcome to Playground! Thanks for engaging with us on the forums. I wasn't part of the PG team when we wrote the Bootcamp, but I can certainly comment on the benefit of jumping around the keyboard. Once you learn the concept of a 5 finger position, it's good to realize that this concept is u...

What difficulty level of the song are you trying to print?

Let me know and I will check the admin to make sure the necessary files are present in order to execute a print.

Best,
Andrew

Re: Clear level

Hi AQJ, The forum should keep users logged in, even if you exit your browser and re-launch it. I was not able to replicate this issue, so if you continue to have trouble, let me know and I'll forward to Ben, our software lead. That's a good suggestion. While it's possible for a user to simply skip t...

Re: Colored alterations

Hi AQJ,

That is a GREAT suggestion! Your idea reminds me of my personal preparation when performing any music. It's always a good idea to circle or highlight tricky spots in the music.

I'm going to forward this right away.

Best,
Andrew

Re: Time played | Stats in repeat mode

Hi AQJ,

Sorry to hear about that issue.

Is this happening in one lesson, some specific lessons, or all lessons?

Additionally, when you say "play a song on repeat" do you mean, any segment of that song? Or do you mean the last lesson segment - the full song in practice or performance mode?

Re: Accompaniment icon not refreshing

Hi AQJ, Got it. I can assure you that these issues are a part of the Software team's to-do list. We're looking into it. The more reported cases of this issue there are, the better, actually, because then it becomes apparent that it can't be an isolated issue - and it's likely that the software team ...

Re: Music size

Michael,

I'm not sure that I understand your comment - could you clarify what you're referring to?

Do you mean the intro tune when the app launches?
