Have you emailed them? Every issue I've had has quickly been addressed by direct contact with Playground Sessions.

This forum doesn't see much traffic from the developers. Your best bet is to email them with a description of your problem. The turnaround time for email is quite fast.

I'm surprised you haven't decided to try one of your favorite songs already. I haven't finished the advanced bootcamp lessons yet, but I play about 15 songs...

I've had the same problem with another piece of music. If you send PGS an email though the program, they will help you out. Don't try to use the chat, it doesn't work.

While I would love some updates, especially those that were promised a long time ago, the program works very well now, and the delay is understandable. For sure, take your time in hiring and training, no sense in breaking a fantastic learning tool.

I love playground sessions for what it is, but the promised updates don't happen. When you identify an area in which you need work, it's best to seek alternative sources to help you out.

This is a feature that was requested over two years ago. Playground Sessions is great as it is, but upgrades in features don't happen. They concentrate in putting out songs instead.
