Re: Putting notes/comments on sheet music
Right now, this is not possible for users. I will run it by the head of technology to see if it is something we can implement in the future. I completely understand why you would want to do it! The only sheet music text in the program appears in the Bootcamp. These lessons are formatted specifically...

Go to Edit -> Manage My Lessons. Find the lesson that is giving you trouble and uninstall it. Then you can install it again. Let me know how it goes!

Re: Meaning of Level and session points?
Ok Rob, thanks for clearing that up. If you complete the bootcamps, you should have the skills necessary to learn our Easy and Moderate arrangements. Obviously, you can challenge yourself with Hard arrangements if you're up for it :) . None of the songs in the store have copy (instructions) that gui...

Re: Meaning of Level and session points?
roofnfools, leveling up is a way of keeping track of your scores over time. I do not believe there is a limit to leveling up.
Rob-braugh, there is no link between level and song difficulty. You can purchase and play any song at any time. There are no restrictions.

Yes, this piano will work with Playground Sessions. You just need the appropriate USB cable to connect it.

Re: Let it go error (rong notes)
I know the issue you are talking about. So basically, when you play these sections from these songs, all the notes turn red?
Can you let me know which version of Playground you are using? Go to the Help tab and look directly under the search box. You can also click "Check For Update".

Re: Let it go error (rong notes)
Hi Joana,
Can you let me know which measure is giving you trouble? I played through it on my end and it everything looks ok to me. Don't forget the song has 4 flats - Bb, Eb, Ab and Db.
Let me know!
Thomas

Re: Fix Prelude in E minor
Yes, I see what you mean. It happens to me to. Thanks for pointing this out! Here is my suggestion as an immediate workaround. Click and drag your mouse across the measures following this particular measure in order to hear the music. I need to forward this issue to our technology team.

Re: Fix Prelude in E minor
The Advanced arrangement of Chopin's Prelude in E minor does not have accompaniment. It is a solo piano piece.
