Re: Finding last lesson in Bootcamp
When I open PGS, on the bottom left is a link to the most recent work I've done. So I click that and pop right into the most recent lesson I completed. It is also good so that I can repeat what I did yesterday.

Re: This threw me in very early lessons
It was explained early on that they chose 4/2 in order to avoid the "scary" eighth notes.I don't know how scary those really are, but that was the reason.

Re: Skip the Theory portion?
The Theory is mostly the text descriptions above the sheet music of a lesson, or in the videos, either "can" be ignored. I'm a complete-ist so not having that green checkmark on the lessons would bug me, so I watch them all anyway. and then read the theory and instruction bits. Reinforcing what I al...

Re: Holiday Challenge Crash
I was really enjoying these lessons and was halfway through rookie bootcamp, going through the reading music course and really getting confident in my ablities while having fun. Then the Holiday challenge came along and I felt pushed, rushed and stupid. When I finally completed the challenge I real...

Re: PG-150 Dimensions
Hopefully a PG-150 owner can chime in. The PG-150 looks very similar to a Yamaha NP-12. Give some wiggle room for these numbers, but these are the dimensions of the NP-12 which will be a close approximation until better numbers are at hand: Dimensions of Yamaha NP-12 Width 1,036mm (40-13/16") Height...

Re: Integrating Bootcamp and Courses...
What do you feel the weakest at? That's what you need to work on first. An in-person instructor can see where you need more work, but the remote instructors can't. So if they send you off in the wrong direction, that would be worse than letting you decide what you need to work on. First, do the boot...

On Windows, the way to get clear text is to search in the settings for Cleartype - run the tool search reveals and follow the prompts

Re: Printing Songs
Echoing EFlatMajor... and... Don't give up on them removing the finger numbers from Printed Scores. I've seen comments by Playground Sessions representatives that echo that they are considering this. We'll see how that goes and don't hold your breath for it, but they do acknowledge the popularity of...

Re: Song accompaniment
You can turn the volume down of the app piano to nothing and then send the computer audio to speakers, then make sure your keyboard instrument volume is at a similar volume. You will also hear the metronome and count in and other computer sounds in the speakers.

Re: More advanced bootcamp lessons please
I believe there was talk of doing Accompaniment as a Course. Something to remember is as it is now, Playground is primarily learning the basics of playing and reading music, so it hasn't branched into Accompaniment styles. Hopefully when the course is developed there is discussion of transposing to ...
