Backing track at any tempo

Currently when doing a boot camp lesson the accompaniment / backing track plays at full tempo and at the 'slow' tempo on the slider bar but not at any tempo between the two. It would be really nice if the backing track played at any tempo, something like the functionality in Transcribe!.

Any suggestions on left hand position? I can play both hands with good accuracy and full speed on step 4 but the next step where you add the thumb is problematic. The left hand needs to pivot to hit the Bb if you play low on the keys, which causes stress on the wrist, and I'm guessing is clearly not...

Anyone else find Rookie New World Symphony tricky?

Hi,
I can do the RH at full speed consistently score 92 - 100%. Left hand is easy on it's own. Yet, keeping it together with the hand changes on both hands is harder than I thought it should be! Anyone else find this a nice step up in difficulty? :) :o

I don't have a huge issue with it, especially since I use the backing tract to to stay in time. In the beginning everything is either on the beat, or the equivalent of 'straight eighths', so it doesn't really matter if it's 4/4 or 4/2. OK, I'm a novice and I started the piano to learn to read in addition to other reasons; so you can take what I say with a grain of salt. :D I think that at the very beginning it helps if the score only contains quarter notes and most novices don't get tripped up by the 4/2 time.
