I just sent this to one of our arrangers to be updated. I appreciate your patience!

All of the sound comes through the iPad speakers (piano sounds, accompaniments and in-app sounds). You can attached headphones or external speakers to the iPad's headphone input.

Right now there is no zoom functionality in our iPad app. Look for it to be added in the future.

Right now you cannot alter the count in.

Since you are running El Capitan, you need to select the 10.7+ download option, not Snow Leopard.

This piece was released without fingering because at the time we were experimenting with no fingerings for advanced arrangements. I can send this to one of our arrangers who will make an adjustment.

Are you able to redownload the lessons?

You can play offline. All previously downloaded lessons while you were online will be available to play. These are the only lessons that will show up. You will not have the option to download new lessons.
