Re: Yamaha PSR300 from the 90s

In/out jacks, or just one MIDI port?

Re: Yamaha PSR300 from the 90s

Hi there,

That sounds exciting! Fortunately, there's an easy way to tell if a keyboard will work with Playground.

Check the back panel of it for connection options. Do you see USB to Host (Square) or MIDI in/out jacks? If you do, it'll work!

Re: MacBook Pro and Yamaha P-115

Hi there,

I think I recall seeing this same question in the support email desk. Can you confirm that was you?

I've directed my response there.

Re: Heads up: free and reduced pricing in song store

Hi everyone,

Please email support@playgroundsessions.com regarding the 5 free song credits / month issue. You can even put this in the subject line to make it easier for us to sort.

My support colleague Thomas is dealing with all of these right now. He will be able to assist you.

Re: Air on the G string

I've forwarded this to Thomas, who takes care of all notation issues. I understand that it's pretty ambiguous. I agree that the 2nd A could just be lowered an octave. It still fits within an octave for the whole line of music, which is typical for one hand.

Re: Studio Ghibli songs

By the way, you can submit the song on our official song request form here: https://goo.gl/forms/WgeDinkqk2sXgBg33. This is the best way to make sure that your requests get relayed directly to our team.

Re: Software timing issues

Ha, no, you shouldn't have to do that.

Can you try setting the sample rate to 44100 under settings?

Re: Incorrect info on lessons completed

Sorry about this issue. I've copied my response to a similar thread and pasted it here. Also, I apologize about no one getting back to this thread, seeing how old it is. I joined the Playground team in February, so that's why I never saw this thread. Since then we have made the forums a priority. Al...

Re: How To Finish the Rookie Bootcamp

All, Sorry about any confusion. To clear up this issue, here's some info about the state of the bootcamp: -In order to "complete" the rookie bootcamp, all you need to do is complete all 78 lessons under the Rookie tour on the boot camp tab. You'll see green check marks next to each one you completed...

Re: Sound problems w iPad

Bobby,

Since this thread has been all over the place, can you email support@playgroundsessions.com about the sound problems you're having? We'll be able to answer more efficiently there.

It's also good to document in our system.
