Re: bass clef misshit

If I'm not mistaken it says you missed the Bb and it later encountered a Bb that shouldn't be there. You can give these events different colors in the settings, my superfluous notes are a different shade of red so i can see the difference.

will this program work ok with a korg sv-1?
According to a quick Google search it has MIDI: Standard In, Out; USB/MIDI port. So should work fine!

Re: Air on the G string

An answer to this would be great, since the software treats the bow as both a slur and a tie... first and second A's should be played, the third (that would fall together with the B) should not, according to the scoring system. That is also what the right hand demo sounds like. But if it's a slur bo...

Re: Duration of individual session

You're right that the software weirdly only 'rewards' the most inefficient way to practice your lessons and songs. It would be much better, also for PGS, if a user who takes advantage of the great study tools available gets points just like someone mindlessly playing through complete pieces again an...

Re: How To Finish the Rookie Bootcamp

I really don't have time to waste on superfluous lessons that don't count. You're doing this for yourself, not to satisfy the software, its writers or anyone else - right? A lesson counts if you learnt something, who cares about some boxes on a page no one ever sees. I agree that flaws like this sh...

Re: Show what songs I've already purchased in the store

I agree it's annoying but the accusation by your pessimistic, parallel universe twin is unfounded: while you can put songs you already bought into your cart, they won't be there when you check out.

Re: Connecting MacBook help!

Your piano has a USB B connector so all you should need is a USB A - B cord (often referred to as "printer cable").

It is a bit of a mystery to me how you connected your previous computer through only the headphone jack TBH but that's beside the point here :)

Heads up: free and reduced pricing in song store

Hi all, for those who hadn't noticed yet: it looks like the awesome Playground Sessions team made most of the songs they don't have to license free! That includes most of the classical work (except for contemporary composers) and traditional songs. All other songs are $1,99 for subscribers now which...

Re: Number our own fingering

There are many more examples of this throughout the entire piece where I personally feel the fingering is incorrect, it almost forces you to just use the notes display . Hi, I can't answer for PGS but I would recommend to do just that: try and read the notes, and use the fingering numbers just as a...
