Re: Is there a way of getting rid of the moving line?

No, it's not possible right now to hide the scroll bar.

I understand what you're getting at though - and my best advice would be to rely on your ears over your eyes. The scroll bar is just a visual aid.

Re: Always getting max of 50% accuracy

Hi Marc, No, this is not a bug with the software. What you've described definitely sounds like a keyboard connection issue, which should be easy to solve!! Can you email support@playgroundsessions.com about this issue? There, I can help you within the support desk. We like to have all of these issue...

Re: Duration of individual session

If you're on a computer or laptop, go to the progress charts within the app. There, you can click on a specific lesson and you should be able to view specific statistics for this lesson such as time spent.

Hi there,

I'm thrilled that you're loving the Playground experience!

Yes, that's a great request, and I'll pass it on to the team. We've heard this one before, and it would be good to add if we can

Andrew

Re: Bootcamp Lesson 69 One Direction - Story of my file

Hi Chris, This is a GREAT question!! I can certainly help you out. What's going on in lesson 69 in the LH is a Bb triad hand position, in first inversion (with D on the bottom). The only difference is that instead of playing all 3 notes at once, you're playing them one at a time. I can assure you th...

Re: Fingering in Human Nature

Yes, just make sure the app prompts a new download. Then the new files will download automatically and the corrected fingerings should appear.

Re: Rookie to Intermediate

Hi Joe, There's no such thing as a dumb question here. That's a good question. You're right that the intermediate arrangements build on the rookie ones. I think what you're getting at is - it's not necessarily relearning, but, rookie songs will have simplified hand positions, and for intermediate, b...

Re: Howard Jones - No One Is To Blame

I just joined the support team last February, so I'm unable to comment on the status of this request, to be honest.

I'd email support@playgroundsessions.com, and there, I can assign to somebody who can respond more accurately about how the song requests work.

Try going to Settings and changing the Sample rate to 44100.
