At least make it more simple to toggle MIDI sound when using plaback feature (MIDI slider in main window would be helpful and much more easy to use than the volume option deep down in the menus). MIDI out to piano would be great too, but I guess some pianos don't support it, including mine, I think....

I second this request. I am especially bothered about receiving 100% even if played in slow tempo. As a quick fix I would suggest to show the accuracy percentage after competing the piece but to not register it to the high score log of that piece.
