There is a good size backlog of feature requests. There are new features that have come out. They don't always get to the specific one any given person is waiting for. This is one of the features I want to see, too. If I had to guess, this particular feature set is not a trivial change to the program.

The original request was to stop and start a lesson, and that has been implemented using the "Lowest + Highest Notes" played together. When you stop a lesson it automatically goes back to the beginning.

I feel your pain. I have the same problem. My solution is to slow the playback tempo to what you might think is a ridiculously slow speed.
