I always minimze the keyboard so that I can see enough of tthe score to look ahead to the net line of music to be played as I'm trying to "look further down the road" so to speak. Unfortunately, a reset of user progress isn't currently possible within the app. We've seen this requested frequently, so I think it's going to be a discussion when updating the app.

Are you running Playground on a Windows 10 machine? The system font with flat symbols is a known issue and developers are working on it for a future update of the app.

What I wrote about pianos in general also applies to any MIDI sampling, as in the Playground app. It sounds like you're saying that you're not striking your keyboard controller loudly (thus playing at a soft dynamic), but the Playground MIDI output is louder anyways.
