Lesson stuck on 'queued' and error submitting error report

Hello, loving the software so far! But one of my lessons 37 in the Rookie Tour is stuck on 'queued', clicking does nothing, restarting program neither. I tried to submit an error report and got an error #2038 
Anyone can help me?
