why PGS is not on official Apple Mac App Store? while ios App Store is.

Pavel,
We prefer to have users download the software from our website when possible.
On the iPad, there is no other way to download apps than through the iOS App Store.

It has nothing to do with that - that's not the reason.
I find it hard to believe that PGS is the only application that exists that is not available in the official app store.
My best answer for you is that we consciously decided to have users download it from our website instead.
