no sound

When I try to use piano demo to listen to how some notes should sound I don't actually hear anything. There's no sound. I also don't hear any kind of count in with some other practice sessions. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. No count-in, no metronome, no piano demo sound. All other sounds work fine.
