Lesson stopped downloading at 48%
Lesson stopped downloading at 48%
I am totally new to Playground Sessions. I am trying to download lesson 2 of Bootcamp and it stopped at 48% with no options to continue...any suggestions? Also, using an older Yamaha keyboard with headphones and a MacBook Pro, the sound comes through my computer and external monitor even though I have "muted" sound on the Mac. How can I defeat the sound coming through the computer? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Try doing the following troubleshoot to get the video to download completely:
1. Launch your Playground Sessions app and sign in
2. At the top of the screen, click on Help > Clear Playground Data
3. Click in the boxes next to Clear Lesson Data and Clear Lesson Assets
4. Click on the Submit button
Playground will close at this point. Open it back up and try downloading the lesson. Let me know if this works.
Also, you're getting sound from your computer when you have its volume turned all the way down?

Yes, that worked. Thank you! And yes, I have the sound muted on my Mac.

I may have been premature...It now goes up to 130.39% and has stopped there and I cannot open that lesson...?
