bootcamp sessions not being acknowledged

Hi. I'm working my way through the rookie bootcamp lessons and at the moment my sessions are not being acknowledged. I don't gain any session points and although I have completed the "Imagine" bootcamp several times it still says I've completed only 1 out of 8 exercises. It is the same with the following Green Day session

Anyone else having this problem?

Having the same problem. Minor detail, but one lesson -just one! - refuses to acknowledge completion.

I'm having the same issue. My sessions were being acknowledged as completed during the trial. When I recently became a member, none of the lessons are being acknowledged as completed.

I *think* I was having the same issue. I would play through session 10.2 and finish with no keys missed. The post-report would never come up telling me what I missed. I went on to session 103, and 4 and the same thing would happened. So I went to edit > manage session. I uninstalled it and installed it and it started to work. I hope this helps.

Hi guys. I decided to delete the playground app from my mac yesterday and then re-installed it. That seemed to do the trick and everything was working as expected afterwards. I'm so relieved!

Hey everyone. Try uninstalling your app and then reinstalling it from here:

You should try to just uninstall the session that is broken. You dont have to do the entire app... In my case...

Ok, I found out (I think) where to uninstall single sessions but it isn't working. According to the info I don't even have this session installed so nothing happens when I click on "uninstall session". I have the majority of sessions downloaded but they aren't showing up as such in the manage your sessions screen. Adding a screenshot. As you can see I've spent time on the majority of these sessions but it also says time spent is zero!
