bootcamp sessions not being acknowledged

Here's another screenshot so you can see what I see when I click on the individual sessions withing this "Lean On Me" both hands practice session. All I get is a blank screen.

What happens when you hit play? If nothing happens I'm guessing the issue is the DRM system is having trouble and you can clear the DRM cache by going to Help -> Clear Playground Data -> Clear Lesson DRM Data.
