Heads up: free and reduced pricing in song store

Hi all, for those who hadn't noticed yet: it looks like the awesome Playground Sessions team made most of the songs they don't have to license free! That includes most of the classical work (except for contemporary composers) and traditional songs.

All other songs are $1,99 for subscribers now which I think is a huge reduction across the board, as well (I think they were $3,99?).

No idea how long this will last as there was no announcement of any kind.

Is there a way of turning off the print limit on free classical songs? I see that these still only allow 3 prints.

So to be clear on this...is this a sale or is this the new pricing going forward? I don't recall seeing any notification either way.

No, I don't think there's a way for us to differentiate between songs regarding the print limit. If you need to print a classical tune more than 3 times, just send me an email at support@playgroundsessions.com, or my personal work email. I'll send you a .PDF file.

@Lazer:

We are "testing out" this new system of songs being $1.99 and everyone getting 5 free songs a month. This is definitely not labeled as a "sale," and it's going to run at least through the end of the calendar year. Whether we stick with it or not in 2019, I do not know.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks to you and your team, i hink you guys are doing agreat job!

I see that members now get 5 free songs a month, how do we go about getting the free songs? Has this already started? Will we be using credits for these songs?

I just tried to purchase a song and it was still showing up as $1.99, I am a lifetime member.

How exactly do we redeem free songs. My account is showing 0 available, but I have only purchased one song over the last few months.
Any help is appreciated.
