song: A Night in Tunisia
measurement: 51, bass clef
chord Gm/F# sound strange to me
from 43 to 54, there is a pattern, always 3x the same chord, except 51, don't understand why, ok it is music, no exact logic, but as I said it sound weird plus odd position of fingers

ALSO treble clef, in 51 there is A-F#-D-A-F#-D compare to 52 A-F natural-D
I can see it, I can read it but my fingers ... :) cannot play it

The harmony in measure 51 is GmMaj7. The bass in the backing track is playing a G, so that grounds the harmony. This is the correct harmony.

In intermediate arrangements we need to keep the chords in close position, that's why you see this somewhat odd voicing here in measure 51 for GmMaj7.

You're right, the pattern is having a chord change every two bars in the C section of this tune. However, there is an exception at bars 51 and 52 and that's just how the tune was composed. It's common in music for the harmonic rhythm to accelerate when approaching a cadential spot (which is m. 54-55).

I can also confirm that the melody is correct, if that's what you're asking. I know this is a difficult tune to play though.
