Let it be sheet music

Hello,
I'm a new player and after trying myself successfully on some of the 'rookie songs' I started with the intermediate Bootcamp tour and a few songs on the same level.
One of them is 'Let it be' by the Beatles and I just can't figure out how to play it. ): At on point the sheet music says I have t play G, C and E at the same time with my left hand ( C Major in second Invasion) - so far so good - but then it tells me to play the same E with my right hand. How am I suppose to do that? Do I stop playing the E with my left hand a little bit earlier so I can tap it with the right hand? Do I tap it with the left hand? That doesn't sound right... And what do I do the rest of C Major? Simply continuing playing? I mean it says on the sheet music I'm suppose to play a whole note..
Or is the keyboard I'm using simply not big enough for that song and that's way it tells me to play one and the same note at the same time? (I have 66 keys)
Please help
