Wrong Note in "Don't Know Why"

In the intro to Don't Know Why by Norah Jones - there is a D in the E flat chord - that is the only place where it is played that way - everywhere else it played as an E flat - I think it is a mistake that is programmed into the song. Please check and correct. (This is in the Intermediate- Moderate version)
