Hi,

I recently joined with the annual plan and it says you can have
5 songs per month from the Songs Store. Does the unbought
songs carryover to the next month?

So this January if I only purchased 3 songs for the next month
will I get a total of 7 (2 + 5)? Or is it the case of if you don't
use it you lose it?

Hello,

For the plans that offer free songs monthly, it is "use it or lose it". There is no carryover of song credits to the next month.

Use them during the month, even if you won't be learning them for a long time.

When are monthly credits added to the account?

My experience is that they are added on the anniversary date of when you joined. (eg: 17th). As soon as I see the five have been added to my credits, I know to start looking for and making my selections for the month. Even if I don't see anything in the Rookie choices, I will sometimes pick one from Intermediate choices that I know I like and will 'grow into' in the future.

What plan are you talking about? Is there an annual plan?

They have monthly/yearly/lifetime plans as well as discounted keyboards that you can buy with your subscription.
