Interactive sheet broken: My Immortal by Evanescence

I don't know if this the correct place for this post. I have purchased the following song

but the interactive sheet is messed. I mean the notes in measures get red before the cursor reaches there and only by chance will a note be marked as correctly. Can you please have a look?
