New User ... very confused

I am using PGS on my iPad. Just started after using Free Trial. Started looking for Bootcamp and My Playground because all I have are the Courses. I’m not getting any of the feedback or progress graphs. I don’t know where to get my songs. I keep getting emails that I have unlocked stuff but I don’t know where the stuff is. I am really quite confused! I am a young 70 and fairly tech savvy ... don’t usually have this kind of issue. Is there any help out there? Perhaps I have done something wrong and I’m looking for a quick fix.
