Hello everyone, just started with Playground sessions and working my way through rookie camp. One thing I've run into is really sour notes on some of the practice songs. I checked my piano with the tuning app and it's playing notes that are true, but on "My Way", for instance, the accompaniment is just off enough to make it painful.
Anyone had any experience similar to mine?

Scott,
I'd check the settings - audio devices. Try changing the device and type.
If that doesn't help please email me at support@playgroundsessions.com

Re: Sour Notes?
Hi
I have seen a similar problem.
Using an iPad, as soon as I start any section with a video, the playground sessions midi piano gets detuned by, I think, a semi tone, and the playback speed is reduced accordingly making the session unplayable.
There is a work around. After watching the Video, kill the app (swipe up on it from the task switcher) and restart. This time Playground session takes you to the next segment and if there is no video all is ok.
I have IOS 13.1.2 and the latest version of the playground sessions app.
Settings (on the iPad at least) can't help this. it is clearly a bug in the application.
Thanks
Peter

Re: Sour Notes?
Check that your audio for the computing device is set to 44.1KHz. That always messed up my iPad. After some updates the system would reset it to 48KHz and I'd have really cranky audio. Putting it back to 44.1KHz always fixed it for me.

44.1 KHZ did it! Thanks all!
