scale courses

hello all
I have run into a problem while progressing through the one octave scale course
have got up to C sharp minor and the overview video`s are greyed out and will not play
have bypassed and done the hands -on fully but do not get the green tick-off
will this prevent unlocking two octave courses or just skipping the video`s and doing the hands-on for the rest
of the keys unlock them or indeed are there two octave key`s to unlock?
