Just joined and having issues

Hopefully, someone can help. I was unable to connect an older Roland A80 or Yamaha SY85 so I sold them and just bought a new Yamaha MX88. I have it all connected via a USB to Apple Lighting to USB3 Camera Adapter to my iPad Pro and I downloaded the Playground IOS App. It seems to be connected as I can see the notes showing depressed on the iPad when I strike the keys on my Mx 88, I get sound but .... there are NO lessons to be found anywhere. It shows my Library is empty. I even went a paid for another 1 year subscription but still nothing. What in the heck am I doing wrong or what step did I miss? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Does your membership need to be redeemed with a code? Check your status at playgroundsessions.com/my-account (Scroll down to the membership information).

Nothing is showing under Rookie Tour? I'll need your email address to look up your account on our end.
