Ok, maybe I'm the only person that doesn't know the answer to this question. I tried searching the forum for previous posts on the subject but there was nothing.

Why is song request locked? Or is it just locked to me?

The very first post in that forum has a link to a new song request form. Unless you read that post, it's easy to miss why the forum list is locked.
