Feature requests

I love the app generally.

I had a couple feature requests but feature request forum is locked:

1) Ability to mark up pages (i.e. put reminders like "Move 2 finger 2 keys right " or "hit middle C with left hand")
2) Ability to mark parts of bootcamp done without doing them. I realize you don't want to overwhelm anyone but there were a few bootcamps where I did nothing for 4-5 measures for about 5 lessons.
