No way for Windows

Hi, I am very frustrated.

Bought the program. Trying to connect my windows 10 laptop so I can use with my Korg keyboard but cannot get online. When I log in I just get a spinning clock. Program says offline. I gave all permissions for windows firewall entering into firewall myself. Still no way. I deleted and re-installed same thing. Nearly chucked laptop across room. Its been days of trying.

I honestly do not know what I am doing wrong. Its so frustrating. Cant even begin to see how program is. Under lock down and thought this would be an ideal time to dive right in.

Anyone any ideas.
