Hi JohnM!
While you're inside any practice module, course or learning a song, look at the toolbar at the top of the screen (where you have your play button, metronome, hand demo, etc). In that toolbar where "note" icons are, one of them might be highlighed or "active". Simply click on it to deactivate. Click on any other to activate. Starting from left to right, the first "note icon is for fingering, the second icon is for notation, and the third is just to show the notes without any notation. Hope this helps!
