i have over 147 hrs by PGS clocking. i really have more than that. Ive finished all 3 tours. imho just these tours alone isnt going to get you where you think you should be. After going through the bootcamps and researching other methods I think they are just showing you concepts and its up to you how much work you put into it. i still struggle with rhythms for certain things (which im currently working on). I dont think just the concepts is enough without daily practices. So im having to put together my own routine and practices. Sight reading is my top priority right now. Not just reading the notes but reading the rhythms. Figuring them out before i put my hands on the keyboard. Each person will be different because each person will have a different sticking point or something they struggle with.. You just have to figure out a way of working it out. Set up daily exercises on the things you struggle with.
