Locked Forums

Hi there, I'm a relatively new member (September 2020) and was directed to the forum page by David Sides (via PGS facebrook group) to request a song. I am signed in and when I go to that page it tells me the forum is locked and I cannot post. I am a paid member . Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong - thanks for any help. regards Helen
